The Light Workers Ways was founded in December 2001, we felt there was a need for mediums, healers and creative people to come together to create a warm and loving environment so that more people could enquire and receive greater help from the world of spirit.
We have become a strong community of 50 dedicated people who stand for our own community sharing our wisdom and light to our greater community. We want you to be empowered, inspired to live your life more consciously and to realise you have the choice of creating what ever you want in your lives, and if we can be of service in any way - that is what we live for.

OUR VALUES - We created The Light Workers Way to be Of Benefit to All with Harm to None. We keep this in mind with everything that we do. We are about creating a community for our Readers, Healers and Stall Holders and all who come along to share in our Events. With everything that we teach we believe there should be a place to practice and grow from. This is why we have our Satsang Day Retreats, Healing Group, Reiki II mornings, and Healing Teams, which gives us the ability to give back to our communities. Sheila Morgan
Sheila Morgan has been a practicing Medium since 1987 and has been a Reiki Master since 1999 after being a practitioner for 9 years. She gives regular lectures and demonstrations of her psychic abilities at Spiritualist Centres in Victoria. She runs regular classes in Psychic/Self Development and Meditation/Discussion group and teaches Reiki I, II and III on an ongoing basis. The Light Workers Way started as an idea to further spiritual philosophies and give everyone a fair go, from there it has grown, and we look forward to many new projects coming into fruition.
Sheila enjoys running Workshops on Crystals, Sound and Movement. She has published The Flying Pelican Newsletter, Psychic Expo Booklets, and other Heartwork Booklets and is committed to writing in whatever form that should take.
Maureen Mallett
I consider that my main job is to make our PSYCHIC EXPO as easy, workable and worry-free as possible for our Readers/ Healers/ Stall Holders and our Support Workers. This involves bringing people on board as Light Workers and organizing all the paperwork, Rogues Gallery, signs etc. and general effects along with setting up the Hall for our Light Workers then taking down and storing our effects at the end of the day.
We pride ourselves on providing Le Café for our Light Workers and the general public so I organise the basic supplies etc and back-up our fantastic Le Café manager and assistant.
A terrific part of my job is to edit and publish our Light Workers Way BOOKLET.
