A one day Workshop to explore different techniques with sound and movement.  Learn Mongolian Chanting, Toning, have a sound bath.  Connect to sound and body movement to remove blocks and promote well-being. Sing sacred songs. There is a component using instruments as well.  No special voice requirements necessary come and discover that you can sing and be moved by sound, and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
